12th Annual King of the Ranch

12th Annual King of the Ranch (Cars, Bikes & Bands) will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at The Cadillac Ranch, 6330 David Moore Rd., Elon. Rain date is Sunday, April 28, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The event will benefit Sam’s Wish Fund and AuthoraCare’s Kids Path program.
Registration (for cars and bikes) is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bands will begin performing at 10 a.m. and will include Bonnie & Chris Reed, Red Dirt Revival, Toyz, Southern Vibes, and Misbehavin’. Music will be performed throughout the day. Food trucks, vendors, 50/50 raffle, live music & more also will be offered.
Cost is $20 to show cars and bikes (general admission included) and $10 for general admission.

Kids Path, a service of AuthoraCare Collective, is a distinctive program for children coping with illness and loss. The program, which began in Greensboro, has been highlighted in The Wall Street Journal and was recognized by the Duke Endowment as a model program. Currently, there are five Kids Path providers in North Carolina and West Virginia.
