Lisa Duck Joins Board of Directors

Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro (HPCG) recently approved the appointment of Lisa Duck, MPH, MCHES, to the board of directors. Duck, elected as a community representative, is a mid-year replacement. Her term began on April 1, 2014.
Duck serves as the executive director of Guilford Adult Heath, Inc. In her current role, she has oversight for the Guilford Community Care Network (GCCN), a program that ensures patient access to care for the uninsured, and the Guilford Dental Access Program, that provides accessible and affordable dental services to residents living in Guilford County who are at or below the federal poverty level. Duck has also held positions as program manager at the GCCN and executive director of the Guilford Coalition on Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention.
Duck is a certified Master’s Level Health Education Specialist (MCHES) by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. She holds a master’s degree in public health from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a bachelor of arts in psychology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
HPCG, a nonprofit organization serving Guilford County and surrounding areas for more than 33 years, is situated on a 14.75 acre campus at 2500 Summit Avenue.
